SSoft Computer Repairs works on a Freemium business model. Our Bronze service is the entry level free service and includes all Standard Services. You just pay for any parts and consumables that might be required.

Customers wishing for express service should consider our Silver or Gold levels which also include Standard Services. Gold customers are always serviced ahead of Silver, who, in turn, take precedence over our Bronze customers. It's your choice. All customers, regardless of service level, receive the same high level of quality.

When you drop off your computer at a service location, an agent will accept your machine into his service queue. Gold customers will have their machines assessed immediately.

After assessment, you will be provided with an estimate for your approval. You never need to be worried by unexpected charges. Your approval will always be sought prior to any charges.
